How to safelist emails

Email Deliverability

We know how important it is to make sure that all of your emails go exactly where you want them to. Spam folders, content filters, Promotions tabs – there are so many ways for an email to get missed.

That’s why we put together this handy guide – to help you communicate to your clients and prospects exactly what they can do in order to never miss another email from you.

Below you’ll find instructions for how to “safelist” emails on all of the most popular platforms. If you don’t see yours down there, let us know and we’ll add it in!

Permission-based marketing

A key component to inbox delivery is ensuring that all contacts directly opt-in to receive marketing and promotional content. You don’t ever want to go where you’re not invited, so it’s important to do everything you can to get that invitation.

Having someone safelist your emails is the surest way to keep that invitation in good standing and indicate to email service providers that your emails are never “spammy”.

*Note: This is far from the only tool in our email deliverability toolkit. There are a number of other ways to help your emails land in primary inboxes. All you have to do is ask! 🙂
